Accessibility statement

How accessible this website is, what we have tested, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

01

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including disabled people and older people. We treat accessibility as part of doing a good job rather than as a box to tick at the end, and we would rather hear about a problem early than leave it sitting.

This statement describes how accessible the website is, what we have done about it, what we know is not yet right, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.

02

The standard we work to

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2), the internationally recognised standard, and the guidance in EN 301 549. Meeting AA means the site is usable by most people in most situations, and where we fall short we say so below.

03

How we have checked

The website was last reviewed on 22 October 2026. Our checks covered:

  • Measurement of the contrast of every text and background combination used on the site.
  • Walkthroughs of the main journeys using the keyboard alone.
  • Spot checks with screen readers on key pages and on forms.
  • Zoom and reflow tests, to confirm nothing is lost at 200% magnification or on a narrow screen.
  • Checks that animation and parallax movement can be switched off, and stop when reduced motion is requested.

We review the site again whenever a page changes significantly, and we are working towards a formal external audit.

04

What we have built in

Colour contrast

Every text and background pair on the site has been measured. Section labels and links use a light teal that scores 8 : 1 on dark blue, well above the recommended minimum, and button lettering uses dark blue on teal rather than white.

Text and layout

Labels and eyebrows are set at sizes that stay readable at arm's length, text reflows rather than breaking when you zoom to 200%, and the layout adapts from small phones to large desktop screens.

Keyboard use

The site can be used without a mouse. Focus is visible as you tab through links and buttons, overlays can be dismissed with the Escape key, and no control can be reached only by hovering.

Motion

The opening animation plays once and lasts about six seconds; press the Escape key to move on straight away. Anywhere the site moves an image as you scroll, the movement stops if your device asks for reduced motion.

Forms

Every field has a visible label, instructions sit next to the field rather than inside it, and problems are described in words as well as in colour.

Video and images

The homepage clip loops silently, so nothing is missed by having the sound off. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers, and images that carry meaning are given a description.

05

What is not yet accessible

We would rather be honest about the gaps than claim a clean bill of health. We know about the following:

  • Some of our documents, including board packs and older PDFs, are not fully tagged, so a screen reader may read them out of order.
  • The short films used in the brand guidelines have no captions or transcript.
  • A small number of charts rely on colour alone to tell their series apart.
  • The map on the contact page is provided by a third party and is outside our direct control.

We are working through this list. If one of these items affects you, email hello@wolfgangcapital.co.uk and we will give you the information in a way that works for you while we fix it.
