Why we acquired Dunnington Electrical
The acquisition of Dunnington Electrical formed a key part of Wolfgang Capital's strategy to develop a comprehensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering offering within Yorkshire.
With established electrical design and installation capabilities, an experienced engineering team and extensive technical expertise, Dunnington provided a complementary addition to Climatix Group's existing mechanical building services operations.
Both businesses continue to operate as independent entities, retaining their specialist expertise, customer relationships and operational focus, while benefiting from the ability to collaborate on projects where appropriate. This approach enables us to offer customers and principal contractors a coordinated, end-to-end MEP delivery solution, combining the strengths of both businesses without compromising their individual capabilities.
